My health insurance recommend Alabama Eye med to help with a chalazion/stye. I called and the rude receptionist said they are not accepting patients for my condition. When I asked why, she said it’s policy and hung up. Guess my problem is not big enough or does not generate enough income to warrant their time. Don’t call this place unless you like rude receptionist.
Just had my very first appointment with Dr. Ashley Dahl there this morning, 8/10/26 and I received exceptional and thorough service; from the front desk all the way to the nurses in the back, who assisted with my exams. Everyone including Dr. Dahl were very kind, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you ladies for the great care!
Worst place on earth . Wait for ever in waiting room. Poor service
Unfriendly
Best eye docs in the State. Prompt, professional, and caring.
