My boyfriend has been trying to get ahold of them for three months now. Most of the time he calls, no one answers. The two times someone has answered, the lady on the phone told him she was very behind and would take her a while to have an update for him. That was in March. I am typing this review in June...there has still been no update. He sent two money orders to them and she said she had it and then the next time he called, she said she didn't have it. Waste of time and energy with no structure.
I have always had a positive experience with the AECB. Always friendly and responsive.
Typical government bureaucracy! Very inefficient, rude and condescending. Needs to be defunded!
Lied to the HBAA, and should be disbanded.
They Never answer the phone! Rude and very condescending.
