The people are nice especially Alexis, however I absolutely despise that you cannot deposit money at the ATM. Such a huge inconvenience! They really do need to update their ATM, ASAP…
I was yelled at (via fraud department) by a woman. I am at my wits end. All of my accounts have been compromised, emails, debit cards, etc. Even the picture above (it’s me) but is an old Gmail account that was compromised because the person knew all of my passwords and information, down to my ss number. Great Professional People
They keep redeclaring an old account insolvent every 6 months after I call them and we resolve the issue. Then I have to call them for 5 hours again to get them to restore the decision made 6 months before. Terrible bank which will ruin your credit over their own bug and never tell you, there are better options.
I've been banking with y'all since 2018...... And within those time frame this bank has changed the way they do business and the way they treat the individuals that deposit their money into their account...... I've been scammed before and had proof that I was scammed and contacted the bank and they never helped me out....
