Everyone here is so nice
I love doing banking in this branch, staffs are always sweet, friendly and professional!!!
Worst phone service ever. Nothing has changed. Sit on hold 20 minutes just to end up leaving my number for a call back that never comes. Numerous times.
My husband and I had a great experience. Kelly and her manager was so very kind. The credit union was very peaceful. Thank you all for helping us we look forward to performing our business here at this location.
I am forced to actually give 1 Star. I didn't want to give even that. I have chosen 2 different options on the phone, trying to get SOMEONE to answer my call. I have been on the phone... on HOLD.... for 20 minutes listening to thier commercials and apologizing for the delayed hold time. But, they ask me to please remain on the phone for the next available Associate. This is so disrespectful. And don't tell me it's because of Covid-19.
