I typically have good experiences with ACU, not with this branch. I would avoid this branch if you do bank with ACU. Just went through drive through to make a deposit and there were cars parked in the drive thru lanes, and the only other lane that was moving was helped 3 times while I waited for a simple cash deposit. This deposit was also less than I gave them for some reason. Avoid this location!

Horrible customer service. This morning I visited my local branch ATM, which gave me 3 $100 bills. As most people know, merchants don't like and often won't accept large bills. So, I pulled around to a drive through window and asked to have the bills changed to smaller denominations. In return I was asked to fill out an account slip. Really, ACU? ACU, your ATM dispenses a denomination your own branch finds suspicious and then you further complicate my day and transaction by making me produce my ID, search for my account numb... read more
