I'd give this credit union ZERO stars if possible. This is the shadiest bank I've ever dealt with. Customer service is horrible. There's now a $5 monthly fee for their checking accounts, which they do NOT disclose to you when opening the account. Zelle is useless even when sending money someone has requested from you---because this bank will decide on their own to send it NEXT DAY, even though the app shows it will be available within minutes!!!! The call center reps are the absolute worst!!! RUN and find you another reputab... read more

FIX atm always broke!!!!!!!!! i need o look into a new bank because this is getting out of hand- everytime you deposit money it takes it but doesnt not update balance- also can not withdraw YOUR money out all the time
