Terrible, waited 45 minutes to speak to someone people came out their office never even acknowledged me worst bank ever
My service has always been excellent!
The Foley branch has THE WORST TELLERS of any bank I’ve ever been to! It takes entirely too long to do the simple tasks that they are doing. This branch changes employees so frequently that I can’t keep up!
The absolute worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Been lied to on multiple emails and 5 times either on the phone or in person. Customer service and the company they use for debit cards is the worst. Actually old hold with them right now waiting on a supervisor. 15 minutes and holding.
