I’ve been a patient of Dr. Habeeb for many years. He ALWAYS listens to my concerns, answers questions, and takes the time to know me and what is going on in my life. He will discuss alternate medications as needed, and always spends as much time with me in my appointment as we need.
The office manager is rude but I think Habeeb actually takes the time to listen and is patient, very rare to find in this field. He does prescribe medication but that's why he's a psychiatrist and not a therapist/psychologist, and if necessary does increase dosage to get us in the best state we can be in.
He did not line up multiple visits to fully access the situation, he also did not first make sure that there are no medical conditions causing any troubles and soon suggested a medication that has caused many deaths, has many side affects and is only backed by blind studies not true modern medicine. He didn't seem to be knowledgeable about Ayurveda. He didn't make any suggestions for nontoxic alternatives. He showed many signs of aging that see to be avoidable.
I have always found Dr. Habeeb to be a very conscientious, caring, and empathetic doctor. I have struggled with bipolar disorder for the past 20 or more years. I realize how difficult it is to get the proper medication or Medications that work for you. I feel Dr. Habeeb listens to my concerns, answers my questions, And if I have researched a new or different medication, we will discuss it. He will tell me the pros and cons and then make the decision.
Receptionist is very rude and lacks compassion. Dr Habeeb just increases dosages and doesn't try and switch medications and does not listen well. He doesn't look at you when you talk to him. He seems very disorganized and unattentive.
Office manager is rude and unprofessional. She actually discussed another patient with me. Dr. Habeeb is not attentive and does not listen he only increases dosages of medications.
