Came here off of recommendation. Unfortunately it takes two or three calls to get one appointment. The last call we made they made my wife cry. We’ve just had a baby and need our daughter in counseling but this place has not been helpful. Edit: they terminated us after this because my wife crying was deemed “aggressive”. She’s a week postpartum. So I’ll add they released our child to the wild 20 min before the appointment time ended. Found her wandering outside the building. I took my son here after noticing some anxiety with him. I felt like he needed a non biased explanation healthy outlet to be able to discuss and work through what was causing these problems. I contacted ACA counseling and got on their books. At our first appointment my son was welcomed with gentleness and allowing him to take the lead.
