I debated posting this because it’s been a while since my son was there, and I had no intention of revisiting the experience. But after hearing a recent story from a family friend, it’s clear that the same patterns are still happening. We had high hopes for this place (especially with the animals they have) but there were many things that caused concern for us. One of the biggest was that a session finished early and, without any communication to us, they released my daughter outside in the parking lot where we came across her ten minutes later. We had been walking around the buildings to get some cardio in during her appointment.
