Will never go here again. Crystal helped me, very rude and unprofessional. She needs to be trained on her customer service skills.
Tried to cash a cashier's check drawn on our credit union in North Alabama. Our CU was being obtuse and obstructive. Crystal and Brandi were patient, helpful, understanding and nice during the whole process. When we hit another wall with our CU, Crystal showed some steel underneath her sweetness and got us taken care of. Thank you, ladies, for making what could have been an unpleasant experience, if not enjoyable, at least bearable.
