She greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming. I appreciate how she communicated with me directly and answered all of my questions.
Dr Mann was very easy to talk to and allowed me to ask as many questions as I could think of. She made me feel like the questions I had were important, and even though the internet can mislead patients, she did not make me feel bad for doing my own research. She was very intelligent and very helpful.
