My mother saw a nurse practitioner, Emma, and had a wonderful experience. We both felt she was knowledgable and eased our worries and took her time to explain things. After seeing her several times she informed us that we would need to see Dr. Sengar next. That’s when things took a bad turn. Let me say up until this time most of the staff had been wonderful. I have been a patient there for quite a few years and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, the nurses, the doctors are just wonderful. I have received the best treatment here and have no complaints.

Be ready to wait 1 to 2 hours until they call you in. Appointment was as 12:30pm. It is 2:55pm and still waiting. Last visit here. Terrible and then they get mad if you ask why is taking too long. Incredible. Frustrating!!!!Management needs to do something about this. A total disappointment.
