So the reasons I received for waiting almost two hours with my infant was that we didn’t get a new patient packet and that the doctor didn’t want a crowded room. First point - have the new patient packet ready to be filled out. The more accessible the forms are, the easier and quicker new patients can be seen. The forms can be in that caddy next to the receptionist window. My 10 month old and I waited two hours to be seen and they didn't give us the paperwork to fill out until 45 minutes upon our arrival, finally filling out the paperwork and the two hour wait we saw Dr. Krishna who is the rude and obnoxious doctor I've met and I've traveled to other states/countries seeing doctors but not only that he was rough with my infant!
