I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Alrafati regarding weight management care. I came in seeking medical support and guidance, especially while navigating treatment and insurance challenges. Instead, I felt dismissed and that my concerns were not taken seriously. I also attempted to escalate my concerns to the supervisor, but unfortunately did not receive meaningful assistance or support. She is a young gorgeous doctor. Her smiles made me confident.
