Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Raymond took good care of me. My wait time was very reasonable, about an hour. Waiting area is comfortable with all amenities available. Al Willeford is the only place I will take my car for repairs!
Very good service here. My car had a recall notice on it . Celest ordered the part needed for the repair and it came in within a week. She called me and scheduled my appointment. I took it in they had it done in record time! Celeste is so great! I had another great experience at Al Willeford and will not go anywhere else!
So being a winter Texan I rely on quality Chevrolet service here and back in Wisconsin. I have been to this location now a few times and have been very satisfied with my service and staff. I was met in the bay by Julie who was extremely pleasant and courteous. The waiting area has always been clean and stocked with refreshments. The wait time has been very reasonable and check out was a breeze. Thank you Al and your staff. Keep up the good work!
