So being a winter Texan I rely on quality Chevrolet service here and back in Wisconsin. I have been to this location now a few times and have been very satisfied with my service and staff. I was met in the bay by Julie who was extremely pleasant and courteous. The waiting area has always been clean and stocked with refreshments. The wait time has been very reasonable and check out was a breeze. Thank you Al and your staff. Keep up the good work!

The absolute worst service I have ever received. Truck spent 3 mo there "waiting on parts". Magically, the part appeared after I provided a list of dealerships with it in stock that another local dealer provided. Just the week prior the plant was supposedly still shut down. Majority of the time I never received a call back. They lost my keys at one point and then denied it when I asked if they found them. The list of issues goes on. The team at Al Williford Chevrolet in Portland, Tx. are a group of professional people that the Company should give them all a raise. The prompt and warm way of greeting the customer by Celeste and Raymond, the Techs in the garage, and the sales crew I spoke with are examples of why I return back time after time. What surprised me was the car wash after the service, that was nice. Earned a five-star from me that day.
