I've been dealing with Al White since before they moved to this building. Generally satisfied with their service. This time I called from 7:30 until well after 8:15 only to listen to a recording telling me that they open at 7:30! When I finally got through and asked for the service department, I was put on hold for 10 minutes before I gave up and called back.
