Nicest service in the world good local guys
May 2018 - I made arrangement for them to aerate my lawn and a few of my neighbors' lawns. They were a no-show... no-call... no-nothing. I was coordinating this service for my neighbors, so I called Al Webb's Lawn Care no less than 20 time, leaving at least 5 messages in an attempt to reschedule, but not once did a person answer the phone and they never returned a call after missing our scheduled service date. Very unprofessional! I would NEVER use them.
Received their flyer in the mail this spring for a special on de thatching, lawn rolling, and aeration. Called in Mid-April and set up an appointment for 10 days later. That date came and went and I made a couple follow up calls. When someone finally answered (Al ?) they said there was no record of me on the books and would add me back on the schedule, but were behind due to all the rain.
