Doctor is too good but I can't get the appointment because I have my four kids.i have to go emergency.. very sad
Been with them for 30 years and never had any problems. Things seem to be moving much faster recently (after post-pandemic queues) too! I got a blood test (the GP was very experienced!) and specialist sinus scan appointment (Royal Infirmary) within a few weeks. I decided to leave a review as I don't think the reviews are fair on the GPs and admin staff who work in these very hard conditions. I am grateful!
Dr. Iqbal spoke to my dad with complete disrespect when he went in with severe ear pain, saying, “Are you going to die from ear pain?” & that he was “wasting not only his time but the receptionists time too”. My dad has serious health issues, including past heart surgery and sleep apnoea, but he’s been too scared to go back since. No patient especially someone vulnerable should be treated like this. Absolutely disgraceful attitude from a doctor. I will be contacting the CQC alongside the GMC too.
