I have been a customer for over 30years. My premiums went up significantly this month, with zero auto claims ever. I’ve tried reaching out to my agent to get information, with no responses. In fact, we’ve been hung up on three times. We ultimately decided to cancel, mainly because of the poor communication and lack of responsiveness. I’m very disappointed and feel like the integrity of the company as a whole has diminished.
I made contact with this agency several weeks ago and received an email immediately. They requested all of the information on the automobiles and the drivers’ information as well. I immediately responded with all the information and never received a reply. I sent a second email asking for a response and have yet to hear anything. Very disappointing.
