Their technicians vary widely in technical proficiency and attitude, but they do a decent job overall. Getting them to come out in a timely manner can be a challenge, and sometimes they shoot themselves in the foot by making repairs that have to be altered later on. The nice thing is they'll fix (or at least try to fix) pretty much anything and will take responsibility when the problem is caused by something they did.
Not impressed. Technicians are nice, but don't really seem to know what they're doing. Had them come out twice for the same problem on the same piece of equipment. First time, issue went away for a while but came back. Second time, technician says control board needs to be replaced. When he gets here, he says the part installed by the first technician can't be recognized by the new control board. Then says we need to replace the first part again. Absurd.
