Over the years, I've had my share of bad experiences with pool companies in Northern Virginia and the Shenandoah Valley. Shirley Pools changed that! The professionalism and communication was fantastic as they fit me in last minute to not only open my pool, but do some needed repairs. My pool has never been in better shape and I really give all the credit to Shirley Pools. I can't rate them high enough! It's without hesitation that I made this recommendation.
I have not purchased from them, but they went out of their way to help me find someone to do leak detection because they were a month out. Anyone who will help you, taking business from themselves, is definitely a superstar in my book!!!
Can't say enough about their customers service,I needed to get my filter sand changed , they worked me in during their busy time , they showed up around 5:30pm and stayed til it was done around 8:30pm that evening, great service and the crew was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for getting my pool serviced.
