He takes the time to listen. Gives good advice.
As a senior citizen with a chronic condition, I have been satisfied with Dr. Al-Sheikh. Although he does not rush his patients in and out, I have always been seen within a few minutes of the time of my scheduled appointment. I agree with others that his office staff are unfriendly, unhelpful and not good with follow through.
Fine except this time and last I waited an hour to see him. Out of last 20 visits 30% were an hour wait. Also: Sign in office says one can get a same day visit. I have not even been able to get the next day or two visit when requesting.
I would have given 5 stars, but the person in charge of the money is very unprofessional. After my visit I was told I had a deductible, instead of my Co-pay. I have been trying to get my money back. My insurance has already paid For my visit months ago, but keep being blown off by the bookkeeper/office manager.
