I have had countless experiences with this office for many years. The one thing that remains and continues to be an ONGOING problem is the ABSOLUTE DISORGANIZED RECEPTIONISTS. IF I book an appointment for A NEEDLE.. DO NOT book me for a needle with a doctor that CAN NOT give needles. I traveled 2 hours for them to only tell me the doctor they booked me with cannot give needles. I MADE IT CLEAR ON THE PHONE WHAT THE APPOINTMENT WAS FOR!!!!! My wife and I had a really bad experience with Al Shafa medical clinic and Dr Meghjee. We had an appointment booked with Dr. Meghjee a month in advance, and on the day of the appointment, we got a call an hour before that it has been re-scheduled from 2 pm to 2:30 pm which we were fine with (although we had other plans as well after the appointment). Very helpfull staff, good service. Recommendable.
Doctors are very experienced especially Dr Mohammad Meghji very knowledgeable and very gentle with patients and problem solving .Staff is very polite and helpful.
Came with my daughter for her ear infection and brought my other 3 kids (they are young). Doctor saw us quickly and gave all the kids stickers and lollipops. Reception was nice and everyone was so kind and patient. Doctor brought me the prescription as i left to get my kids settled. Definitely would come again. Glad I found this place
