My recent time in there was for a quick inspection. They had me out the door in about 25 minutes. I've had issues in the past, but they seem to have improved since then.
I totaled my car and took it to The Body Shop, and they got back to me in a very reasonable time. No complaints so far.

I had high hopes for this auto body shop based on its reputation, but unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. After speaking with the manager, I thought I was going to be well taken care of, but it has become clear that my concerns were not taken seriously.
