My husband was hit by a deer the shop did a decent job but it took them over 3 weeks to give us the car back i called everyday being promised update at the start of every process, never happened…. This is a very good company, they are very professional and friendly. They do great work 👏. I would recommend them to everyone who needs body work on their car.
I had some bodywork done here some time ago. After dropping my car off and waiting for my ride I saw one of the workers get into the car and drive it unnecessarily aggressively. When I got my car back I noticed the bumper wasn't aligned right, and they didn't properly paint the inside of the trunk. When I brought it up to them they said to bring it back, so I did. My recent time in there was for a quick inspection. They had me out the door in about 25 minutes. I've had issues in the past, but they seem to have improved since then.
