I went for a quote and one of the service guys was repairing the damage side. I have together 2 more quotes and I'm confused at why we are touching anything when all I said is I need to get 3 quotes to turn in to my job. I was not happy at all and asked why he did that because I have together 2 more quotes yet.
Good customer service
We were told our service would take around 4 hours when scheduling and when bringing it in are told it won’t be done till the end of the day. If i am paying you well over $1,000 i expect it to be done around the told time.
They installed a new windshield for us. Price was quite a bit higher than safelight auto glass, but with having to remove, reinstall, and recalibrate cameras I chose to go with the dealership. Vehicle had some sealant material on the paint from the install that should've been cleaned up. Michelle, at the service counter was wonderful to work with. She was very mindful of the fact that I drove over 2 hours to bring it to them, and did her best to expedite the process. I would go back there for service in the future.
I do NOT recommend. 28 days in the body shop.
