We have had our VW's serviced down the street since the shop opened. Since modern vehicles have eleventy billion camera's and sensors I wanted a "one stop shop" to have our windshield replaced on my wife's Tiguan SEL. Roughly 2 years ago we had the same scenario with our Honda CRV Touring, and it went well enough. Great service even with the renovations
My husband was hit by a deer the shop did a decent job but it took them over 3 weeks to give us the car back i called everyday being promised update at the start of every process, never happened…. Then to find out my husbands “lane assist sensor” is on and blinking the whole time driving when it wasn’t doing that before the deer was hit is crazy… i contact the dealer immediately and was told it was to late in the day and i would be contacted the next business so she could investigate… she advised “didn’t they call you?” - no... read more
