Al Sanchez Construction went beyond their scope of work. When completed, the job site was clean of debris. The area looked "fabulous". I would definitely use them again.

The short version: They're great. Why?: I have now used this company for two different raised houses. They evaluated the jobs, knew what they were talking about, shimmed old piers as needed, added several new piers plus structural wood beaming, and the houses are now level. Yay! They also were careful of old garden plantings - not a small thing in my wife's view - so we're both happy.
I enjoy working with Mr. Sanchez. He gave me straight up pricing. His team of workers was always there on time to complete the job. They did an excellent job repairing the foundation on my home. I highly recommend Al Sanchez Construction Company to get the job done.
