Patient had to wait 3 hours for doc to show up for procedure with no call to give option of reschedule- poor bedside manner - would not recommend.

This place is a disgrace. I was referred to them through Community Care. The VA made the appointment and paid for my care. They scheduled my colonoscopy and endoscopy on October 9th with two days of prep. I called them the day before my procedure to check in because I hadn’t heard from anyone since the appointment was made and they said I was not scheduled until the 16th.
