I didn't have a very good experience with David A Vargas recently, We wanted to add a new car to our existing insurance policy and David was not very responsive and sadly it was very hard to reach him via emails.
Called for a quote they never got back to me and took my business elsewhere. Don’t use this place.
I was given a referral to Monica of this office when I first enrolled 3 years ago and she was communicative, transparent, and professional. I just received a call from Jonathan at the office to give me a heads up that there is a nationwide increase on all auto insurance and it would be affecting my upcoming renewal, and he checked through to make sure I had all the discounts I am eligible for. I appreciated the personable phone call alerting me of this increase. Great customer service, highly recommend!
