Al Rex is the best Realtor I have ever met, if you are listing a property for sale he sets records for the highest sale in the area, and I have seen where Al gets more than the appraiser can even appraise the house for. I only have the best things to say about Al Rex. I have know Al for over 10 years now. He has sold 2 condos for us. He also was our agent when we purchase one of the condos. There was never a question that we asked Al that he didn't have the answer to us within a day, at the most. Al kept us up to date through the entire process.
