Very impressed by A&L Plumbing and very happy with the service we received so far. Our AC system started leaking yesterday, during the hottest day of the summer, and Paul came to us within 24 hrs to assess. He was able to fix it and made some valuable system recommendations. His knowledge and experience were evident. We are planning to move forward with A&L Plumbing to complete these recommendations given their impressive expertise and responsiveness.
Our experience working with A&L Plumbing was great from start to finish. This company has amazing communication, notified us ahead of time when the workers would be over, and the plumbers Mike and Ben did great work and were very respectful of our home. 10/10 would recommend them and will work with them in the future!
This company is about one thing; making money. I was in my house for two weeks. Couldn't get furnace to work and had two leaks/faucets that need fixing and a clog. Had a furnace guy and plumber arrive at same time. Furnace guy was a nice young kid. The furnace didn't work bc the emergency switch was off, which he discovered fairly quickly. Re your response: Thanks for the clarification, but even with your explanation, the $685 difference still feels like price gouging. If $145 is just the dispatch fee and the parts run around $100 retail, then that leaves hundreds of dollars unaccounted for—even before labor is factored in. For a job that took under an hour, that level of pricing feels unjustifiable, regardless of the quality of materials or warranty you offer. I have been using A&L for years for multiple locations. I have had many services for multiple residential homes. I have had services ranging from seasonal inspections, installing a heating and cooling system, to installing a heat pump, and many more services. ( all work done perfectly) I know many people might be sticker shocked by some of the estimates but in this day and age we pay for quality work, I trust Paul that the estimate is fair and comparable so I do not bother to second guess pricing as some people would.
