I wasn't a customer, and or gas furnace died (cracked heat exchanager), they owner and the salesperson came the next day, assessed our needs, and the next business day, our new furnace was installed. We got straight talk and fair price. We got emails and text about when they were coming. They did what they said. Lukas, the installer and his co-worker were fantastic. We called around and many companies said they dont service gasetc. We're very happy w A&L.
Paul arrived at my home to give me an estimate on my heating and AC units. He thoroughly looked at my equipment. His manner was very professional and pleasant and it was a pleasure meeting him. He was also was very knowledgeable and I found it easy to follow his assessment. I am awaiting his estimate as to my needs....
We scheduled A&L Plumbing’s water‑heater and AC assessment special because our AC has been acting up, and I’m so glad we did. Chris and Lou were fantastic — friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. They walked us through everything they found and had the whole assessment done in about an hour. I’d absolutely recommend A&L Plumbing. They’re a trusted, family‑run local business, and their team really is among the best.
My elderly parents had a leaky hot water tank. It was Friday mid-day when they called me for help. I reached out to A&L and they arrived very quickly and worked tirelessly until around 8pm to complete the installation. Most importantly, they treated my parents with a lot of patience and kindness, which meant a lot to me, because they (my parents) are not easy! We recently had to have our furnace & A/C replaced (along with some other plumbing & electrical work) and A&L was great during the whole process. Every person (and there were many) we worked with both in person and on the phone was courteous and professional. Additionally, our initial issue with the furnace happened to leave us with no heat on one of the coldest nights of the year and A&L provided us with space heaters to make that night tolerable (and quickly got the new furnace installed the next day).
