My experience with A&L Plumbing installing a new Air Conditioning system was excellent. Every employee--Tony who examined my house and quoted the job, Caitlin who managed the project, and Mike and Matheus who performed the installation--had fine social and technical skills and was a pleasure to work with. Very impressed by A&L Plumbing and very happy with the service we received so far. Our AC system started leaking yesterday, during the hottest day of the summer, and Paul came to us within 24 hrs to assess. He was able to fix it and made some valuable system recommendations. His knowledge and experience were evident. We are planning to move forward with A&L Plumbing to complete these recommendations given their impressive expertise and responsiveness.
Our experience working with A&L Plumbing was great from start to finish. This company has amazing communication, notified us ahead of time when the workers would be over, and the plumbers Mike and Ben did great work and were very respectful of our home. 10/10 would recommend them and will work with them in the future!
I couldn’t have been happier with the service we received from A&L. From the first outreach, the entire staff was informative, patient, and thorough in their explanations, and did everything they could to make sure I was doing the right thing for my house (replacing two HVAC units with heat pumps). This company is about one thing; making money. I was in my house for two weeks. Couldn't get furnace to work and had two leaks/faucets that need fixing and a clog. Had a furnace guy and plumber arrive at same time. Furnace guy was a nice young kid. The furnace didn't work bc the emergency switch was off, which he discovered fairly quickly.
