Huge props to this company for excellent customer service, quality work, and pricing that was 20% cheaper than area comps. Brandon and Jacob were excellent. Friendly, professional, transparent, and got the job done quickly! Highly recommend. Bonus - they were so sweet to my cats.
My experience with A&L Plumbing installing a new Air Conditioning system was excellent. Every employee--Tony who examined my house and quoted the job, Caitlin who managed the project, and Mike and Matheus who performed the installation--had fine social and technical skills and was a pleasure to work with. They charge you $189 for an estimate that is over twice what all other plumbers charge. This was for a simple water filter change. They wanted 2900 and the other plumber I called wanted less than a grand. Do not call or use these them or you will be ripped off royally!
I wasn't a customer, and or gas furnace died (cracked heat exchanager), they owner and the salesperson came the next day, assessed our needs, and the next business day, our new furnace was installed. We got straight talk and fair price. We got emails and text about when they were coming. They did what they said. Lukas, the installer and his co-worker were fantastic. We called around and many companies said they dont service gasetc. We're very happy w A&L.
Really happy I chose A&L for my furnace service this year. They were on time, professional, polite, and quick. Best of all, as a woman I find that often when I call for a service like this I get a lot of mansplaining, but Brandon and Lucas answered my questions without a trace of condescension. Much appreciated!
