LIARS! My policies were transferred to this office when my agent retired and a new agent took over his office. When asked why they were transferred (State Farm evidently does this to some policies during a transition) Al Patel's office told me that my old office had CLOSED! My old office was very much open with the same awesome staff there that was before, only with a new leader. But they continued to tell me they were closed.
