Our garage door spring broke and they were quick and efficient as well.a super friendly. We got it fixed within a day! Highly recommend.
They installed a high lift on my garage door, they came back twice to fix issues after the initial install, my door still doesn’t work properly. I saw the red flags when they were here, messy, vulgar. Avoid disappointment, chose another company.
Three years ago we spent an extra $3000 to have an awning that tilts at the corners to give us shade at sunset. For 3 years the tilt feature has not worked well at all. We patiently waited for Parsons Electronics to fix the issue or give us compensation for the defective awning. Now, three years later, they are trying to blame us for the problem. Purchased my garage doors here about 20 years ago and was impressed with the service and install then. Due to an accident I needed to replace one of them and was really happy to find the same great service standards still in place. The tech - Justin - did a super job and took some time to explain the maintenance I should do which is much appreciated.
