Just wanted to give a shout-out to Brady for a repair job well done last month. One of the cables had rusted out and he wisely opted to replace both cables which he did quickly and efifciently. He also noticed that one of the hinges was bent and offered to replace that as well, which we gladly accepted. Associated charges for all of this work were very fair. Garage door springs needed. Talked with Jason and reviewed the spring weight and the behaviour. He made up the springs in the back and brought them out. I installed them in the afternoon and they worked perfectly. I'd go to them again in a heart beat. Price was very good and happy to support a local business.
Stay away from this company both for residential and commercial works. It used to be good. Not anymore, the commercial side is even worse, problems after problems. And they always have the excuses and lies to shut you up !!
Had a garage door spring break, within 1-2 days came and put a temporary fix to have a useable door then within 1 week got a full spring replacement. Even checked and oiled the 2nd door as well. Quick, easy going and professional service. Have used their services twice so far, keeping them for future. Thanks for the service!
