Garage door springs needed. Talked with Jason and reviewed the spring weight and the behaviour. He made up the springs in the back and brought them out. I installed them in the afternoon and they worked perfectly. I'd go to them again in a heart beat. Price was very good and happy to support a local business.
Stay away from this company both for residential and commercial works. It used to be good. Not anymore, the commercial side is even worse, problems after problems. And they always have the excuses and lies to shut you up !!
Had a garage door spring break, within 1-2 days came and put a temporary fix to have a useable door then within 1 week got a full spring replacement. Even checked and oiled the 2nd door as well. Quick, easy going and professional service. Have used their services twice so far, keeping them for future. Thanks for the service!
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! Would give zero stars if possible! Overcharged for a simple garage door repair and were totally unwilling to give an inch upon multiple complaints. We had asked that they advise us when they were heading out to a rental property location to give us a chance to get there to provide access, but they actually only called once they arrived and charged for the time waiting for us to get there.
