brought my ford escape in to the royal palm beach location for service. service advisor very professional & upsold me which I probably needed anyway. got a ride back to my place from the shuttle driver. there the good experience ends. I was notified around 2 pm that my vehicle was ready for pick up. it's now 4:20 and I'm still waiting for the shuttle driver. 2nd time their appointment division has cancelled my confirmation appointment when I scheduled over a week out because they say someone on their end forgot to call me to confirm.
Dropped my uncle's vehicle off for service due to recalls. We thought we made an appointment the week prior, called ahead to confirm. Unfortunately it didn't show up in their system but the service advisor I spoke to, Andre, was helpful and managed to get us squared away. Thanks again for the quick and courteous service.
Made an appointment for a tire sensor and an oil change . 2 1/2 hours later they tell me it’s ready. They did a “full checkup” including the tires but did not notice the sensor was bad and did not change it. He claims its a part they would need to order in like I’m some kind of retard. They changed the oil and did not reset the dash display. Lazy and incompetent
Had a fantastic experience at Al Packer Ford- Angel was my salesperson and he was really cool and friendly and made the deal as painless as possible. Financing was very easy and I got out of there in less than 2 hours. Very happy with my new F150. They honored the deal I saw online about this truck and said what they said they were going to do.
