Four years ago, my brother was very excited to be treated by Dr. Abdallah and his team. He appeared to trying methods to aggressively address the myeloma. Two months later, once they determined his initial diagnosis of myeloma had evolved to amyloidosis it became more challenging and they brought in a cardiologist. I saw Dr. Abdallah of KU Med for the first time a few days ago. I had been seeing another Dr. in the Olathe system. That doctor was awful. He would give me inconsistent information each visit and then bill me an enormous amounts of money. My stress was off the charts. Further, the clinic’s staff treated me like I was an inconvenience to them. KU Med buying the Olathe system seems to be a tremendous upgrade.
