This place isn't good because they don't give you the style you ask for. They give you what they fabricate in their mind that you should have. I went there and got puffy twists and were not done well. The girl named Regina who did it took like 8 hrs tyo do it. Then I went recently and got human hair small box braids. I asked for longer curly hair and they gave me some cheap part human/part synthetic hair and tried to compensate by braiding it and dipping it in hot water.
