Thank you "ALS", yesterday i called "ALS", My daughter, a Bonnie Girl, had a large rattling noise coming from her car when in drive "D", being remote in Rochester it was alarming to me and her and i advised he not to drive home this week, when i called and spoke with Brad, he asked me to have her stop by and he would take a look, (the service center closest to her, said they could look at the car in 5-days), this lead me to "ALS", Brad met with her at 3:00PM, he had the car on the lift and repaired in 20 Minutes at an extre... read more
NO! One of my friends just had a horrible experience at this place. Had his car for 6 weeks, overcharged him, and he still has serious problems with the vehicle.
RecommendedThese guys go out of their way to help you. They are honest and will tell you straight up what is wrong and if they can help you. Highly recommended.

BEST AND MOST HONEST garage I've ever been to. I get all my work done there and its always good work. They are the kind of business that will say...'You don't need to spend the money to fix that right now because its fine.' I don't live in the area and I still try to drive in and get work done on saturday mornings rather than deal with the crooks out here in buffalo.
