Hired them to come fix a simple light fixture. Described it on the phone and they said it's 1 hr service minimum (@$250/hr) + 1 hr travel time ($125). They said they'd be "shocked" if they didn't have the parts on the van. Expected total $375 so great. They came and worked 15 min before saying they didn't have a part (surprise, surprise) and couldn't come back until the next day. The next day they finished in 10 min.
