Was just told that this medical practice does not see patients in person when they are sick!!! Only through tele-med. Now we all know tele-med is not appropriate for every situation...
I had to wait for over 1 hour. They don't want you to be late for an appointment but they can be late in seeing you. It was AM so she should not have been over an hr. Behind schedule. I will make sure I don't get scheduled with her again . Peggy Betch is who kept me waiting. Still waiting as I type this message. SMH She did come in and said that she didn't know why the girls had me waiting so long. So it might have been the front desk slacking off.
