Was just told that this medical practice does not see patients in person when they are sick!!! Only through tele-med. Now we all know tele-med is not appropriate for every situation...
I had to wait for over 1 hour. They don't want you to be late for an appointment but they can be late in seeing you. It was AM so she should not have been over an hr. Behind schedule. I will make sure I don't get scheduled with her again . Peggy Betch is who kept me waiting. Still waiting as I type this message. SMH She did come in and said that she didn't know why the girls had me waiting so long. So it might have been the front desk slacking off.

Check in staff are wonderful. Check out person is always unpleasant. Wait time once taken to a room is at least 35 min. Dr. AlJunaidi never seems to recognize you or know why he had you schedule a follow up. Dr. Hayes makes you wait an hour then rushes you once she finally graces you with her presence.
