Alex was a godsent! The company that had installed my 24 panel array had gone out of business, and unbeknownst to me due to a flurry of family difficulties, I had no idea that my solar panels were not working until talking to Mass CEC. It was through contacting many installers, who all told me they no longer serviced solar installations... What kind of nonsense is that?... I was extremely pleased and impressed with my experience with Alex. I have an ongoing problem with solar panel company; getting nowhere with them. I connected with Alex, he responded to me the next day, came to house, surveyed roof and solar panels. Gave me some much needed advice and suggestions/ options. There was no high pressure, just honest suggestions. I was very impressed with his knowledge, expertise and professionalism

Update,,,,Al came back when he said he would, found the problem, explained everything to me, fixed the problem and got my panels back online,,,Al squeezed me into his schedule, very happy with his service ,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Having a problem with my solar panels. called Al and he was nice enough to come right away,scheduled to come back in a few days, hopefully to resolve the issue. Very happy with the timely response.
