Very good and fast!
I was with Al State Farm for 3 years and haven’t had a claim to file (thank God) so I haven’t heard from them either. When I moved out of state (end of October), I called and closed the account properly. But this office kept calling and emailing me especially on wee hours (time difference) to follow up on payments when I clearly said from my last call (likely 2 weeks ago) to settle everything, close everything as I don’t want to get any more calls about this.
