They had my vehicle for three and a half weeks to replace the back axle, I keep getting excuse after excuse has to why it was taking so long to fix, everytime I drove by my car was never in the shop and when I Finally got it back something was wrong with the front-end and my air conditioning was not working, when I called to tell Jim about it all he said was that they did not touch the front end but to bring it back and they would look at it before I took it back I talked to another licensed certified mechanic he said that i... read more
Do your research I wish I had it would have saved me thousands of dollars! Workman ship is poor if I could give a negative rating I would. Wish I knew what I know now back then.
I went there near the middle/end of August, my car had broken down on a trip from Seattle to San Fran; I needed my clutch, clutch cable, and front axle to be replaced, they were speedy and very nice. But, I had to spend 330 dollars the other day to get my clutch worked on again because a piece inside it was missing, causing the clutch to not work correctly. All in all, it was really good customer service, but they forgot to attach something and it caused me to have to spend more money to get repaired.
