Dr. Al-Jamal did prolapse surgery on me, which was complicated due to my blood thinners. Dr. Al-Jamal spent a lot of time with me making sure I understood all of my options, testing, referring me to another specialist for my blood clotting issues, and answering my many questions so I understood everything that would happen before, during and after the surgery. Everyone I spoke to about him raved about his care, his understanding, and his professional manner. I would recommend him to anyone needing this type of surgery.
I’m not happy with him. Because they keep calling me to cancel and reschedule they have called me like 3 or 4 times this year and they are not open after 4pm. So now I’m really thinking of finding someone else that won’t do this to me every year. Also I never see the doctor. They are never there on Wednesday or Thursday when I’m off. This is not cool at all. I feel like they don’t care unless you are pregnant so now I’m really mad and done with this.
If you want a doctor you can trust, respect and feel comfortable and accepted, Dr, Al-Jamal is the doctor for you. He has been my OBGYN for many many years. I recently had a major fibroid removed and Dr. Al-Jamal preformed the surgery. The care of his staff and hospital was beyond expectations. Dealing with doctors, appointments and hospitals can be frustrating and scary, with Stewart Medical this process was the complete opposite.
