The lady Robin who works in the office is extremely rude and not truthful. She doesn't take her time to figure out what you really owe. She has put me and my family in a position to not be able to obtain housing due to her being untruthful. We lost our home during the hurricane And she lied about us owing her money because she didn't even take into consideration the deposit we gave her and of course i can't prove it because we lost everything.
