I was most disappointed with a&l, ordered online elegant vase Orientals, unfortunately what the grieving family received was a bunch of flowers, which was not what I ordered. Had to call them and they sent another. A&l may have been good once upon a time, standards have definitely dropped. They fixed the problem,but too late. Damage done.
