Al is wonderful. He is kind and intuitive and I trust him completely. I have practiced and taught yoga for many years and am very particular about who I go to for bodywork - I was thrilled to find Al when I moved here from NY a few years ago. Al helped me navigate out of an acute shoulder, arm and elbow issue as I was also working with my physiotherapist. This was a godsend because at certain points I wondered if I would ever be injury or pain free again. Since getting my physical health back, I have continued to see him once a month in order to keep things running well and his work does wonders to enable me to be as active as I want to be. I
