I came to Al with a jacked up nervous system, tight, painful, and immobile body parts, a history of sexual trauma, and to top it off, I'd had some recent experiences with other body workers that left me feeling totally unsafe. Al is wonderful. He is kind and intuitive and I trust him completely. I have practiced and taught yoga for many years and am very particular about who I go to for bodywork - I was thrilled to find Al when I moved here from NY a few years ago. He has helped with both an old shoulder injury and new pains from adapting to driving everywhere! I could not recommend him more highly.
