Worst pharmacy ever
This pharmacy is more than a pharmacy. It's like family. I am a heart patient and my meds are vital. They know when I need a refill and the refills are always on time. The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. Anthony Cucchiara Middlesex, NJ
I live in Canada and was just visiting East Brunswick when I stopped by Al Excellence Pharmacy — and wow, I was seriously impressed. The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely caring. The staff took their time to help me out like I was a regular, not just a visitor. I honestly wish we had a pharmacy like this back home. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Al Excellence lives up to its name and then some!

I have never experienced such care and forethought at a pharmacy. I was recommended to visit this pharmacy by my sister, and I’m glad I did! The manager made switching pharmacies as easy as 1…2..3. On top of the customer services they let me know that my perceptions once filled would be delivered to my door!!! Definitely recommend, the staff is such a treat.
