People complain too much. I wonder if they realize that they just might be the problem not the employees! I arrived at 0700 for a live load. The gentleman inside was very polite. Got me into a door, explained to me that he was waiting for quality to finish inspection to load. Once they did he came out and let me know they were about to get started and apologized for the delay. Is it going to take longer than anticipated? Yes. But considering quality is VERY IMPORTANT TO EVERYONE, it's acceptable. And the management was polit... read more
