Al Brodeurs did a outstanding job with not only the repair of my vehicle, but the customer service along the way. OMG, I have never had such service in my 41 years of driving. My car is beautiful, inside and out. They went above and beyond. Not only was the damage repaired to perfection but my car was washed, shinning like a new penny. My windows were washed and the inside looked like a new car, even my weather tech mats were washed. Every person I dealt with were top notch, Peggy, Molly and the young man that may the first day, I'm sorry for not knowing his name. conveniently located between my home and work. They clean the inside and outside of my car. windows, vacuum. Oh and they do great body work on your car... I have been going to them for years. Highly recommend them.
Communication was excellent. I was updated on a regular basis. The staff is efficient and friendly. The repair to my rear bumper is perfect.
