Very easy process. I called my insurance company and told them who I wanted to use. Insurance company and body shop kept me in the loop. Al Brodeur’s even set up the rental car for me!!

I was incredibly pleased at the job Al Brodeur’s did on my car. From initial estimate to personal delivery, the service was superb. When I got my car back from a hit and run accident, it looked as good as brand new - and they surprised me with a detailing and wash. I was over the moon. Recommend highly!
I would say how they are right up on all the latest in the office. The staff is very helpful and deals with the insurance adjuster so you don’t have to. Someone calls you several times during the job and let’s you know how things are progressing. I found it very informative and I was so glad they called. Very put together organization. Oh and sooo clean wow ! My car looks great too!
