I was a client for 12 years with no issues. After my daughter got in a wreck, for the first time they failed to auto-renew my policy and raised the rate, even though the driver who had the accident was no longer on the policy. They dropped the ball so often after that I assumed they wanted me to move on as a client so I did. Do not recommend.
I'm giving Robert, customer service rep who answered the phone this afternoon 5 stars today. I was having a melt down because I could not reach my agent and the new insurance company Foremost was cancelling my policy because of one missed signed document regarding my ownership of a mixed American Staff terrier dog.
